The equipment enables people of all abilities to correct and refine movements, develop core strength, and increase flexibility. It is especially useful for those who want improved balance, who are coming back from injury, or who seek a longer, stronger, more graceful body. I design individual workouts to address goals and needs in a progressive, safe, and challenging way.
