Some of us don't really need a personal trainer standing over us. We just need someone to help us define our goals, keep us accountable, work on motivation, and coach us through the process. With my training in behavior modification, I can help clients set achievable goals and meet them. Each session includes a personalized weekly plan of action. The first session is free!
